Question About Sobering Up the Morning After a Smoke | Forum

I'm not new to smoking, but I'm not a daily smoker. Whenever I smoke, the next day check this out, I am very tense and stressed. Is this a normal thing, or is it just me and the stress of the holidays? Please be nice.
