Hicham, currently "Title" of links is limited to 50 symbols.
You can change the limit of title's lengths in list.php (/ow_plugins/links/controllers/) .
Please note that this is custom code modification, and you are doing it at your own risk.

Hicham did you mean limiting the length of the Link URL itself? ( first field when you add a new link)
If yes, that adding a limit to it requires custom code modification.

Hicham, you will need to dig into the .php and .html code. Unfortunately, I can't give exact instructions since existing code doesn't have an "easy-to-change" settings similar to the title length settings.
