odd: i'm not getting any email notifications to let me know when my subscribed forum topics have been replid to, right here on oxwall.org. I haven't changed any settings?

did you look at my preference , email notifications?
you get a notification if you not have loged in after 2 days.

Yes - everything is checked. But when people reply to my topics (like you did), I don't get email notices anymore. I have to login here and check. I used to get the email notice right away.

Hey guys - I'm still not seeing email notifications when someone replies to a topic I'm subscribed, or when I get a new Private Message. I've checked my preferences and everything is checked..... ??

Email notifications are disabled at oxwall.org for some strange unknown reasons.

Guys, notifications are not coming since oxwall.org site was updated to 1.5 as well. And in the new version notificaitons come only if you have not been loged in on the site for 2 days.
