i have been having issues with my cron settings because the update button didn't appear in my admin, i just got a mail from my hosting provider hostupon telling me this

CAN YOU HELP ME PLS COS AM LOST

You'll know when cron working properly when that page returns nothing. If you see warnings or especially fatal errors, your cron command will fail. Contact your site script developer for help fixing these errors."

Savvas, as I can see now you are having two issues:

1. date() [function.date]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. Please use the date.timezone setting, the TZ environment variable or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'America/Denver' for 'MST/-7.0/no DST' instead

Solution: You need to set a timezone in your php.ini file

2.Fatal error: Class 'ARROWCHAT_Cron' not found in /home/batihaco/public_html/ow_cron/run.php on line.

Solutions: contact "Arrow Chat" plugin developer and/or disable this plugin and see whether any other errors appear.

i disabled arrow chat , can you explain please abit how i change the time-zone if you don't mind , please.... i dont know how to do it.
