Where Can I Check the Permission for Folders?

I know that Oxwall, dosen´t let you open files in external folders, so, you most to include a line for each folder, i.e.

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !/red-social/

Where red-social (Social-Net) is the Folder. Is this the case?

Ulises, I suggest contacting your hosting company. For some reason,  Appache is restricting the access to this page. Most likely some kind of filters like mod_security are installed on your server and block pages if their URL contains certain keywords.

appears at the bottom of the page this code, that is visible to everyone.

Ulises, I wasn't able to check this since your site is not opening.
Try disabling "Notifications" plugin and see whether this code will still be on the "Edit profile" page.

Ulises did you install Tinymce? That is a cause for many others. I believe the dev is working on a fix for it.
