The stuck paychecks in QuickBooks may lead to Payroll Error Ps038 in QuickBooks. So to determine the stuck paychecks, follow the steps given below:

  • To start the process, move to the Edit menu on the top and then hit the Find option.

  • Following this, you have to choose the Advanced taband then, from the Filter list, opt for the Detail Level option.

Error PS038 in QuickBooks Payroll typically occurs when there are issues with downloading or installing payroll updates. To resolve this error, you can follow these troubleshooting steps:

Restart your computer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary issues. Restart your computer and try updating QuickBooks Payroll again.

Update QuickBooks: Make sure you have the latest version of QuickBooks installed. Go to the "Help" menu and select "Update QuickBooks." Install any available updates and then try updating QuickBooks Payroll.

Check your internet connection: A stable internet connection is essential for downloading and installing payroll updates. Verify that your internet connection is working properly and that there are no connectivity issues.
