Cpu having spikes since 1.5 update | Forum

Hi Since doing the 1.5 update our cpu is having constant 100% spikes we have tryed un-installing all plug ins and even one by one plug-ins to no avail,we have even had the software on the bare bones and still getting the spikes now take in mind we only have max 5 users online when this happens we have installed cloud flare still getting the spikes any help would be appreciated as pulling my hair out trying to figure out what it is, our server is arvixe Thanks

Any help would be much Appreciated on this issue Thanks as our server is telling us that its a software issue?today our cpu reached 100% with only 2 users online!

I have also started to experience bursts in CPU usage. They appear every three or four hours or so, even if the number of users is low. With Arvixe, who has limits on the resources that may be used at any given time, this means that the site goes down. Do I need to change hosting company in order to make my site stable?

You know Henrik i am getting the same problem its as if something is updating every so often that pushing my cpu but only for a few minutes even with only 2 users online!

I may add that i have un-installed every plug-in only 2 users online and still getting the spikes??

Would love to know if anyone else is having this problem and if its a bug in the software can it be fixed??

Thanks, Paul, but first I would like to know if the Oxwall team acknowledges this is a problem and if they have any plans on addressing it.

so sites which have low activity will be forced back to wall fm as that will be cheaper than upping to business packages on their server
i am admin on the site with dot and her daughter did a fresh install of the software, the server wasn't running our site just the fresh install and the cpu sat at 16-33%
surly there is a bug in the software, a fresh install uses upto a third of cpu resources
oxwall need to address this as priority

Thanks paul as lisa was saying it can be me and another member online but neither of us doing anything just being on the website yet our cpu hits the 100 mark it if were say 20/30 members online then i would think yes but two members doing nothing and the cpu is still hitting 100 servers have looked in to it and said it must be a software issue could it then be that the 1.5 is a lot heavier for our servers to handle so even upping our package to the next level would we still have the same problem even with only 2 members online we are trying to build our members up but at this rate we are going to be out of pocket by keep upping our packages and it still wont handle the software thing is its not sitting at a constant 100 only ever few hours it goes to 100 for a min then back to 16% there could only be me online doing nothing but it still hits that spike we never had this problem until the update
