Well, you may quickly fix this error code by generating a new version of the damaged folder, which could otherwise become unavailable and cause issues. 


The business file may become unavailable if it is kept in a damaged folder, leading to issues like error 6000 77 in QuickBooks. Moving the file to a different, unharmed folder is an easy cure for this. To do this, press the Windows and E keys simultaneously to launch the File Explorer program.



To make a new folder, double-click the C: drive folder and give it the name QB TEST.


You must now find the location where your QuickBooks business file is stored.


Locate the data file (business file name.qbw), then use the right-click menu to choose Copy.


Open the QB TEST folder, then select Paste from the context menu.


Open QuickBooks Desktop on your screen after closing the window.


Check to see whether the problem still occurs by accessing the file from the QB TEST folder.
