I know that many of you have built a house, and I will take any of your advice!

The performance in Switzerland suddenly comes to an end, because my father is unwell, and my family comes first for me. On the other hand, I got a discount on 8 acres of prime real estate even before it came on the market, and the developer and I have an agreement on almost everything.

This will be my third home... the fourth, if you count my hut. The first was foreclosure on real estate with our own hands, which we canceled after 3 years. The second one was built in the 70s and bought from the original owner, who knew enough to turn every repair I did into a living hell....we were selling at the peak of Covid's popularity, so the 10-year struggle was worth it.

Why not buy it and make it into waterfowl breeding ground for the guys in Maryland. Can’t you just live in the cabin?

Congratulations on snagging that prime real estate and gearing up to build your new house! It sounds like an exciting venture, and with your previous experiences, you're well-equipped to tackle this project.
When it comes to building a new house, my advice would be to ensure clear communication with the builder. Make sure you have everything documented, from materials to timelines, to avoid any surprises down the road.
