I've done everything .. uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin again, cleaned the browser cache (chrome) and remains so. the instant chat only shows the first 8 users online at the site by alphabetical order, after that there is no scroll bar to see the others that are on site for chat .. unlike this when you already talking to someone that this bar scroll there.

Ha any solution for this problem?

Uilson, ideally you should have got a scrolling option.

Are you using "Friends" plugin?
How do you know that you have more then 8 users online? ( are you counting number of your friends online)?

Thank you for your attention! exactly, for example, when I enter the link members, I see all my friends that are online and available to chat, suppose are 15 friends in Instant Chat can only see the first 8 alfabatica order, so if my first 8 friends abcdefgh, not talking to me, and 9 (i) calls me to chat I can not see him, I have to deduce who it is.
