Solution 1: Download the Latest Payroll Update

Open QuickBooks:

Open QuickBooks on your computer.

Go to Employees:

Go to the "Employees" menu and select "Get Payroll Updates."

Download Entire Update:

In the "Get Payroll Updates" window, select the "Download Entire Update" option.

Click Update:

Click the "Update" button to download and install the latest payroll update.

Restart QuickBooks:
