Run QuickBooks Payroll Update:

Close QuickBooks and download the Payroll Repair tool from the official Intuit website.
Run the tool and follow the on-screen instructions.
Check Windows Updates:
Ensure that your Windows operating system is up to date with the latest updates.
Go to the "Start" menu, type "Windows Update" in the search bar, and check for updates.
