Download and Install QuickBooks Tool Hub:


If you haven't already, download and install the QuickBooks Tool Hub from the official Intuit website. This tool consolidates various troubleshooting utilities in one place.

Open QuickBooks Tool Hub:


After installing the QuickBooks Tool Hub, open it from your desktop or by searching for it in the Start menu.

Run QuickBooks File Doctor:


In QuickBooks Tool Hub, select the "Company File Issues" tab on the left-hand side.

Click on the "Run QuickBooks File Doctor" option.

Select Your Company File:


In QuickBooks File Doctor, click on the "Browse" button and select the damaged company file you want to repair.

Choose Repair Type:


QuickBooks File Doctor will offer two repair options: Network Connectivity Only or Both File Damage and Network Connectivity. Select the appropriate option based on your needs.

Enter Admin Credentials:


If prompted, enter the admin credentials for your QuickBooks file and click "Next."
