After performing the manual upgrade to version 1.4, I encountered an issue. Whenever I click on the "ADMIN" section, I receive the following error message:
"Error 500
Internal Server Error."
As a result, I'm unable to access the admin page. Interestingly, all other pages on the website seem to be functioning correctly, except for the Admin page.
