I never faced this issue before, please help, i have many members waiting..

I did not Install any plugin.  The site just stopped working! it was going slow first, now it stopped working at all.. Is it server issue or what? is it from my web hosting or from the software? somebody make it clear to me. i'm lost

Yes i can access my Cpanel and other site the main site donamix.com is fine but my subdomain is making this issue, www.social.donamix.com

Yes, it's happening a lot, now it works then it stops, then it works, then it stops. it keeps doin this.

I'm just using 2 softwares. Oxwall and a Music Software. 

But i don't think it matters, cuz it was working very well before!

Contact your hosting provider. The error is self explanatory, you need to increase 'Connection Timeout'.

I have contacted my hosting provider, and they said the server had a kernel bug issue. 

They are investigating further on it.

But have a look at this picture i get this sometimes when i try to access the site

It's the install link of Oxwall software, why do i get this?
