I have purchased the plugin, and the download is just a 11kb file. I didn't know if there was an error in the downloading, or if I'm supposed to put that one file in a specific place.

You should have have a zip file. If so you are going in the correct direction. If not please rename the exension to .zip file.
Upload this zip file to your ow_plugins folder and unzip there.
