1. Notifications. Currently you have following notifications set on your site:


This is not the full list. Have you modified the plugin? Try reinstalling it.

2. Confirmation email to new users.

Make sure that this feature is indeed turned on in admin panel>setting>user settings.
Make sure that you have set your email in admin panel> settings>main

3. Please specify which notifications are not coming.

I Just did as you stated here  but they are still not working.... can i send my login details so you can check for me.. please ??

Morribi, as you can see from the screen shot above you are missing notifications settings for most of the plugins ( Friends, Blogs, Groups, Links, Events and etc.).  I suggest reinstalling "Notifications" plugin.

If this doesn't help, try deactivating and activating 'Friends' plugin and see whether this helps.

Let me know the results.
