and I just checked and evry1 is logged out now, thanQ,

how often should i set the cron job to run, anyone?

just to recap

Quote from suresh kumar Hello follow my step by step instruction
#1. go to your cronjob page in cpanel
#2.remove all unworking cronjob
#3. click add new cron job
#4. while adding cronjob add this
curl http://www.yourdomain.com/ow_cron/run.php
and then select the timings then click save.

check if the cron is running or not by assging it an email account.

If the cron is running you have to look for what is causing this issue . if its not contact your host provider that your cronjobs are not running

(THIS WORKED BIG THANK YOU) NO IT DIDNT :(

I just checked again, and the profile was still logged
in 30 minutes after closing browser(with-out logging out) and the profile remained logged in after after I received notification of the cron running via email.

cron email message =

OK it worked again, same fix on two separate sites now.

It doesn't appear to be clearing people on each run of the cron job though.

Will continue to test, and update.

THIS:-

Quote from suresh kumarHello follow my step by step instruction
#1. go to your cronjob page in cpanel
#2.remove all unworking cronjob
#3. click add new cron job
#4. while adding cronjob add this

and then select the timings then click save.

check if the cron is running or not by assging it an email account.

-: WORKS

and not as complicated as I thought. BUT it seems a little intermittent ???

how OFTEN should I run the CRON job, would every 5 minutes be about right?
