I currently have a bug on my site, I am running the latest version of Oxwall and all members appear as on-line all of the time.

I would include a screenshot but it is as simple as it sounds.

Any suggestions/Is anyone else having this problem?

check your cron job

Thanks for the support, following the advice you gave me I checked out the cron job and there was not one enabled. This is because I did not install it from the download package but instead I used 'Installatron'

When I went to the crons section in my cpanel I used my past knowledge with Oxwall to set it up but it was 70% guess work. Here is what I did: http://gyazo.com/...a968c.png?1360541155

There are 3 because I was unsure of which folder it would class as the root directory :p

After several hours of the cron jobs being enabled I still am having these problems. Any and all help would be appreciated! Ty :)

Try this command line just change the ***** for your username

/usr/bin/php /home/*****/public_html/ow_cron/run.php

There is a space on purpose after /php

hope this helps.

I am facing the same problem.
Where can I find:
/usr/bin/php /home/*****/public_html/ow_cron/run.php
I checked both the standard and advanced Linux but I don't see such a command.

Tnx

Hi Damien,
Replace what is in the field with your command or add it at the beginning/end of what is in it now?

check the server path in your cpanel to make sure its right. the command I posted works for most but there are variations in the path for certain ones.

Damien,
I am not familiar with php and server path!!! I have been in the cpanel but unfortunately I can not find the server path. I probably contact my host to help me on that.

Hi!
I wanted to say this topic was helpful. So thank you!

And - just in case my own experience can help in any way - I thought I would mention:
My host actually ran the cron for me. They claimed I don't have SSH option with current plan (I'm supposed to. I have a receipt to prove it.) But just to show that the path is important and can vary, from host to host, here is what my path ended up being:
/usr/local/php5/bin/php /home/www/mysubdomain.mydomain.com/ow_cron/run.php

My user's online status is now correct. Thank you :)

Try this command line just change the ***** for your username

/usr/bin/php /home/*****/public_html/ow_cron/run.php

Do you mean *******  as your login in username or the domain name?

Thank you

Go to your Cpanel
Open file manager or Public html
Collapse all (the menu list) if you are not using the subdomain
you will see: (/home/*****)
