we have a member from singapore (not for much longer if we cannot sort this)
your plug in thinks she is a spammer both her phone and home ips are being blocked, i keep adding them to the white list but her ip is dynamic some show on stopforumspam some do not, what can be done to stop this plug in from blocking genuine users, it still lets spammers through but not genuine users,

Bobbi, unfortunately currently there is no way you can whitelist dynamic IP.
You can deactivate the plugin completely and use "Approve" and "Verify email" features to stop spammers.

thanks for the response, we had to remove the plug in, our moderators were blocked as well as the member from singapore, they have dynamic ip as well, we always use user approve to be honest we have not had any more spammers without the plug in than we had when using it
