Solution 1: Rename .ND and .TLG files
Navigate to the folder where your company file is stored. The default location is usually C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Intuit\QuickBooks\Company Files.
Locate the company file with the .QBW extension. It will have the same name as your company.
In the same folder, look for files with the .ND and .TLG extensions. These are network and transaction log files.
Rename the .ND and .TLG files. You can add .old to the end of their file names. For example, change MyCompanyFile.qbw.ND to MyCompanyFile.qbw.ND.old.
Solution 2: Copy the Company File to a New Location
Create a new folder on your C: drive.
Copy the company file (with the .QBW extension) and the associated .TLG and .ND files to the new folder.
Open QuickBooks and navigate to the new folder where you copied the files.
