Check the printer settings: Make sure you have the correct printer selected in QuickBooks. You can check this by going to File > Printer Setup. Also, make sure that the printer is turned on and is connected to your computer.
Verify the printer driver: Make sure you have the latest driver installed for your printer. You can usually download the latest driver from the manufacturer's website.
Check the form settings: Make sure you are using the correct form for your invoice. You can check this by going to Edit > Preferences > Forms.
Check the data: Make sure that the data in your invoice is correct. This includes the customer information, the product or service information, and the pricing information.
Reset QuickBooks: If you have tried all of the above steps and the invoices are still not printing correctly, you can try resetting QuickBooks. To do this, go to File > Utilities > Rebuild Data.
