I'm getting this notice both in english and my local language when clicking the Forum tag.

Forum is default setup from installation with only "General Chat" without any Topics or Replies
and most of the Forum page is bad formatted with overwriting and splits.

Clicking on other tags after this notice those pages will work OK.

Answer should be: There is no last user comment as the Forum is empty

Adding a topic to the Forum will remove the Debug Notice
