I installed the privacy plugin.  I set up two dummy accounts, and set one user's privacy to Only Me for everything, and the other to Friends for everything.  

However, both users' posts are showing up in the newsfeed.  When I log in as one or the other, I am still able to see everything.  I did get the message that it can take some time for privacy settings to take effect.  How long does it take?  I set one to private about 5 hours ago.  

Any ideas?  Thanks!
