I trying to give an existing user adminrights.
l Preseume the correct way to do this is by making the user moderator - and check the admincheckbox.
But - as shown below - the checkbox'es are disabled for the admin - what am I doing wrong ?

as i am not the creator of the site i am admin on, i cannot make anyone else admin, i think only the first admin can do it, i can make members moderator but not admin

+1 for this. Yes, you are correct. Only super-admin can make these changes.
