Hello,
Please consider adding HTML editing support and a static BCC to sales email templates. Ideally, please add property variable inclusion in the HTML editor to make this even more powerful. These capabilities would allow TrustPilot customers to use HubSpot for sending tagged trigger invitation emails.
Context:
TrustPilot uses a couple of techniques for sending their verified review invitations. Firstly, the customer organisation is allocated a unique email address that should be added as a BCC to an email to a contact. When TrustPilot receives this email, this automatically triggers an 'invitiation to review' email to be sent by TrustPilot to the contact.
In order to differentiate between teams (or even users or products), it is possible to 'tag' the review by including an HTML snippet within the original trigger email. TrustPilot then knows which 'invitation to review' email to send, and how to classify and analyse the returned review.
Details on the code snippet options for tagging can be found here: https://support.trustpilot.com/hc/en-us/articles/221618467
Therefore, having the options to do the following would be useful:
- Be able to add a default BCC to the email template at design stage;
- Be able to tweak the HTML of an email template to add the TrustPilot code snippet into the body of the email;
- Ideally, be able to "personalise" the HTML code (i.e. add dynamic variables to populate the snippet with HubSpot property values)
These features would make simple and advanced TrustPilot usage possible within HubSpot.
