I can not solve.

Internal Server Error.
It is now impossible to access the site as the admin part.
Could someone help me solve my concern?

This is what I have done when I had the same problem...
Go to config.php and change debug and development defines to true. Save the config.php file.
Go to the web and try to get to your site. You should see where it is failing.
If you can fix whatever it tells you that it wrong.
Try again to see if that works.
If it does change the debug and development defines to false in config.php and save the file.
