Hello! As admin I would like to change the user registration email. How can I do it?

In 1.5, admin can edit the user email details. Also there is a plugin in store.

Admin can edit user profile fields. Log in as admin>>find needed user via "Members" section>>hover the mouse over the user's profile info and you will get "Edit profile fields" button:
