Firstly on the users profile when you use the drop down boxes to add your birthday it works. But when you save it, it will tell you it's required. Like you didn't even fill it out. For now I've disabled the required.
Also at the bottom of the page I have this error:

Are you using any plugin related to Rich text editor? IF so disable that plugin and check if still your see the text at the bottom of the page.

It looks like the TinyMCE plugin available for 1.5 was the problem thank you.
