I hope everyone is doing well. I'm currently in the process of researching server options for my organization, and I find myself at a crossroads between tower server and rack servers. While I understand the basic differences in their form factors, I'm particularly interested in exploring how they compare in terms of performance and scalability.

From what I've gathered so far, tower servers seem to offer a more compact and standalone solution, ideal for smaller businesses or offices with limited space. On the other hand, rack servers appear to be more suited for data centers or larger enterprises, where scalability and centralized management are crucial.

However, I'd like to delve deeper into the performance aspects. Are there significant differences in processing power, memory capacity, or storage options between tower and rack servers? How do these variances impact the overall performance of each type of server?

Moreover, scalability is a key consideration for us as we anticipate potential growth in our operations. Which of the two server types—tower or rack—offers better scalability options in terms of accommodating additional hardware or accommodating increased workload demands?
