A vacation rental is a property, such as a house, apartment, villa, or cabin, that is rented out to travelers on a temporary basis. Unlike traditional hotels, vacation rentals offer guests a home-like atmosphere with more space, privacy, and amenities.

Very much depends on the property location. If it were to come to us, we would look at the property, do an analysis of similar properties and see what you are trying to get out of it. It isn’t uncommon for an owner to see the Airbnb property management boom and come back with an unrealistic expectation of income. If the expectation is reasonable then we will present our analysis and show what we feel we could get from the property. We may also offer the owner a guaranteed monthly income if this is something they are interested in, this then means the risk is on us.
