Giuseppe, I am not sure which plugin you know.

If you would like to delete the plugin, you will need to just uninstall it from admin panel OR delete the plugin from your server via FTP or cPanel ( and clean the corresponding tables in the database).

Giuseppe, unfortunately I can not understand what is your issue.

If you can't install certain plugin, can you provide the name of this plugin and the error you are getting ( if any) when you are installing it?
