Plugin License IP Addresses | Forum

At one time the IP addresses next to the plugins I purchased showed my sites IP address. Now they show a different IP 199.27.128.186 which isnt mine.

Does this mean someone has got there hands on my purchases and using them for free on there site?

Hello,

Would you confirm that your site's IP address hasn't been changed? If this isn't a reason, then, probably, somebody stole your license key. In this way, you should contact the plugin's developer and ask him to annulate the license and generate a new one for you.

I can confirm this is not my IP, it has never been one of my IPs. I have contacted Cloudflare who own the IP to get further information if possible.

I will begin the process of contacting the dev's shortly
