Hello, here are my questions.
1st. I would like to ask for help with a certain issue. Generally, these are the worst holidays in my life. The situation is as follows: I've spent the entire vacation at home in front of the screen because one day something happened to my knees and feet. Specifically, I have this strange stabbing sensation in my knees when bending them or during more intense physical efforts. What do I mean? I mean activities like running for an extended period, jumping, doing squats, or walking with bent knees. It feels like my knee joints and cartilage hurt because pressing on the knees with my fingers doesn't cause pain, so the discomfort (stabbing sensation) seems to be inside. I've been using joint cream for a while, and it provides some relief, but when I go outside to play soccer again or walk around for a bit, the situation returns to the beginning and the pain reoccurs just the same. My mom says it might be related to the fact that I've had a growth spurt recently and I'm growing rapidly, but from what I've read online, growth-related pain lasts for about 30 minutes and then goes away. However, in my case, my knees hurt during physical activity or any kind of exercise.
2nd. Once while playing soccer, I started feeling pain in the navicular bone of my left foot. While walking, running, kicking the ball, or even with a stronger push, the pain originates from the navicular bone. I want to mention that I've been applying cream for a long time, but it hasn't helped, and the pain persists. The situation gets even more interesting now. The pain started shifting to my other foot, the right one, but this time not the navicular bone. Instead, it's the lower part of the fifth metatarsal bone, precisely the same area as the navicular bone but on the other side of the foot. And the symptoms are identical. I've been applying cream consistently, but it hasn't provided relief, and even after three days, the pain migrated to the navicular bone of my RIGHT FOOT.
PS. Before I started having these leg issues, I had tonsillitis, and during that time, my legs were in a lot of pain; I could barely walk. The symptoms began after this episode, starting in my left foot. It lasted for about three months, then the pain shifted to the metatarsal bones and then to the knees. Do you think it could be related to the tonsillitis and the viral infection?
Thank you in advance for your help. I'm really going through a tough time because I'd like to go outside with my friends to play soccer or walk around, but I can't. I'm worried I'll make things worse, and spending entire days in front of a laptop and phone isn't very enjoyable for me; it's quite boring. Thank you.
