What happens when you Thumbs Down a restaurant and specify "Long Wait" and/or go to customer's order and mark as "Order Not Ready"? UberEats | Forum

When you go to a restaurant, you can thumbs up or thumbs down. If you tap the Thumbs Down button, you are asked to choose which issue(s) you're having. For example:
  • Unprofessional staff
  • Long wait
  • Not a real restaurant

If you choose "Long Wait" what are all the ramifications?
Does the restaurant know you marked them as ThumbsDown-Long Wait?
Does Uber Eats try to reduce the waiting time by either sending the restaurant UE drivers later in the order process?
Does the restaurant get negative points?
Isn't it to the advantage of the restaurant for UE delivery workers to wait, as opposed to the food waiting for an ant to arrive and pick up? Why should a restaurant change their ways? If I owned a restaurant, I definitely want UE drivers waiting.

What happens when a restaurant gets too many thumbs downs?

When you click the three dots beside a customer's name, you can see the food/drinks they've ordered. At this screen, you can click "Order Not Ready" at the bottom of the screen. What happens when you tap that?
