Dong, admin panel>>settings>>languages >>search by "join" keyword.
Direct URL to search results: sitename.com/admin/languages?&search=join.

Needed phrase should be somewhere in the middle of the page.

Text key you are looking for: {text key='base+join_promo'}

Dong, social share integration feature is under development right now (http://www.oxwall.org/roadmap).

If you would like to add "share this"/"like" buttons to certain items ( like blogs, events and etc):

1. Wait until the new version with this feature will be released.
2. Find already created plugin in the Oxwall Store.
3. Customize the source code.

In case of option #3, I recommend checking this topic: http://www.oxwall.org/forum/topic/7977 .
It describes where you can add  the code so that social share buttons appear on the page with the list of all blogs.

If you would like to add share this button to the individual blog's page, then you will need to modify  view_index.html under ow_plugins/blogs/views/controllers.

Please note that this is custom code modification and you are doing it  at your own risk. Oxwall doesn't recommend editing the code, since all changes will be lost after the update and might conflict with other site feature. If you have further questions regarding custom code modifications, please post a topic in corresponding section of our forum.
