Joseph, what you have translated is a welcome email ( if you see "letter_template" then you are editing the email template)))
Welcome box widget itself can be used only in one language.
To change the language log in as admin>>go to the page where welcome widget is located>>click "customize this page">>click on the wheel in top right corner of the "Welcome widget">>change the text>>save>>click "finish customizing".

so you mean the welcome widget cant be edited to all the installed languages?Just can choose English as default language.I think for the next oxwall update oxwall 1.5.2 May be your team could fix it :)? eagerly waiting

Right. It can be used in one language only.

This is a complex change connected to how "languages" feature is realized technically in our software. We are planning to get this fixed when changing the whole "language" feature. However this will not be included into 1.5.2 build.
