i am not a pro of oxwall but i will try to help you.
the base of oxwall is if u edited any page ..n if it have error ..it get automatically disabled ..make sure, if did that replace that page with original 1..
try visiting http://www.yourdomain.com/admin directly
or http://www.yourdomain.com/join

Check your htaccess file located at the root of your installation.
Look at the first line --- Options +FollowSymLinks
Remove this line or change it to Option +SymLinksIfOwnerMatch
This may help you out.
