So that we get an Idea about the version before install it !

It's the same functionality with fixes reported here and at Wall.fm support forums. Since this is a subsequent beta it doesn't introduce anything new (except for installation wizard which described in the release note).
At this point we do not employ any public tracking instruments to give complete list of changes but this is to change soon.
