I suspect this doesn't work on existing members,, only newly registered members that join after install?

@ Me Um you only had to be patient and wait for plugin to set in system,,, then yes, it auto adds per-existing members to your friend list . . . .

Hi, I want to make all members friends, is it possible with this plugin? or only one user can be friend of all users?

Its for all members in the site.. and not just friends.
