there is not error on the error_log but it is fail to complete the final step of installation. please help .

Sir,

i followed this guide but the error still the same, but when i http://domain.com , it showed

Your hosting account doesn't meet the following requirements:

safe_mode must be Off(currently On)

but i checked on the phpinfo , it is set to off. please help

Kenny, you should contact your hosting company and ask them to disable safe_mode completely for your account. It seems that it is not disabled completely.

the hosting is at our server, it has been disable, i checked on the hosting setting and php.ini , it set to off. please help

i follow the guide set 644 but it is still can't to install , please advice

for your information , i am using plesk for windows , so it is not using .htaccess, instead of url rewrite

It looks like the Oxwall script has many issues in installation...

Maybe the Oxwall team will improve the script installation.

I think the best way before running the installation of this script is to run a script that checks:

Software requirements, files permissions and directories cron permissions,...

If every thing is OK than it should run the installation.

Today if something get wrong (even file permission) you get error 500 with no other message (even in debug mode).

What is your site URL? Is that http://triskelionhandshake.com/ ? It seems that your website is not functioning at all. Did you complete the installation?

it is .htaccess & permission issue in some directory... specially when try to install a new one.. even update/upgrading oxwall...

but in .htaccess file, you might try to disable +followsymlinks and replace with symlinksifownermatch like below :

#Options +FollowSymLinks

Options +SymLinksIfOwnerMatch

which is.. in my case.. it works...
