I had to edit the theme CSS.

in order to make it as home link u need to edit general.html and dndindex.html of the theme

What is the problem you are experiencing with the IE?

The Navigation Menu and the Sidebar are distorted and not where they should be, there is a problem with Margins, Borders and Floating menus. To be honest IE has made a mess of it, but Chrome and Firefox make it beautiful :)

I think it's something to do with IE's famous issues with CSS.

This problem seems to occur in IE6, 7, and 8.
