I have followed your recommendation:
"If you have many profile questions
it may be helpful to view sections
as tabs on profile view page."
So now I have 5 Section Tabs
but the rightmost Tab is overwritten
with the text label:
"Edit profile details"

This recommendation means that if you have too many profile questions (not too many sections), then it is better to organize it as tabs. "Edit profile details" link will be overwrite your tabs in any way, if you have a lot of tabs. I suggest you to decrease amount of tabs, if this is too critical for you.

Solution would be for you to limit the number of section tabs per line
and allow for space to the "Edit profile details" in a right colum
and allow for space to the "Edit profile details" in a right colum
