* * * * * [path-to-your-Oxwall-homedir]/ow_cron/run.php

Ok I understand I need to put this line in somewhere. But do I put it to Oxwall/ow_includes/config and if so exactly where about? I did have a read on the wiki and understand it`s to do with time and updating (as far as I can tell) as well as emails. But I need to know where exactly it is meant to go :)

If you use unix based system, then you need to do it via Crontab.
Please, look Crontab manual for this.

Guys, crontab is a native unix system's feature. But it can be simulated on Windows too.
There are a lot of tools, that can do it. Please, review it.
