Basically for anyone that wants to target specific pages on their site to design or add certain JS to call specific body classes. Normally Oxwall just has the classes "ow yourthemename" where yourthemename is, well, the name of your theme. This does not allow for targeting specific pages on your site, such as the video section or forum index. With this plugin installed, we get more control with the additional body classes for every section. Easy and does what it says. Hard to give any less than 5-stars.
