This works very well and is not intrusive at all. Members still feel safe being able to delete their account but some history does remain in the case of harassment or some such for a period of time. Plus, being a webmaster for 3+ years, it is SO COMMON that somebody wants to reactivate their account they "deleted" shortly before because of places like Facebook letting them reactivate. Anyway, I set mine for 365 days and it works well. The accounts are held in suspension, awaiting deletion, for that time period as far as it appears. No errors. Very easy to set up. Highly recommended.
