Very basic but it works ( you must have php esecution time very hight...5 minuts minimum if you have 10000 users or more)

Makes admin communication to site members easy. I am running this on 1.7.2 with no issues. It works great. This developer has some of the best plugin, and widgets I've seen for improved social networking. His work always runs smooth with flexibility. Can't wait to see what else he comes out with.
