My apologies for being so late on this i thought i had done this already. This is a great plugin, very well done by a great plugin developer. It does as it is says and reminds your users of their inactivity. I personally would recommend that you set it to 60 days, edit the text (very easy admin panel to do so) and the main thing is i suggest that you choose 5 days between cron in the settings as you dont want them getting notices every day, that makes them mad lol...

This plugin has worked wonders for our member participation. People who logged in once and never came back now come back to accept their friend requests and when they get their "we miss you" emails. Thanks for a great plugin! ADVICE: To be compliant with most email spam regulations (US/Canada for example), you have to include instructions at the bottom of site-generated emails instructing people how to unsubscribe. I do this by stating something like "You are receiving this message because you have opted in to site updates and announcements. To unsubscribe, log in and update your settings in your dashboard" (with a link to the user dashboard login page).
