my site is on a linux host and they are blocking me and saying that my oxwall's load is heavy, please help me, may be an incorrect settings in my site, or it is normally? this message is from my hosting, any body can help me?

Hadi, we recommend increasing your memory limits, getting VPS or moving to another server.
Oxwall itself is not heavy. All depends on how many users you have, how active they are and which plugins you are using.
You will need to check with your host what exactly is loading your server. They should provide some kind of traces.
