Current requests:
- Option for admin to add default affiliate banners [released]

- For Affiliates: see $username of new registered user [released]

- For Affiliates: see $username and product (item) name or link, if user bought smth via credits or billings [released]

- Payments via User Credits [released]
- Option to require Terms of Service agreement [released]

When a logged in user registers as an affiliate it is automatically associated with this affiliate (or you as an admin can manually assign site user to each affiliate), so when registering payouts to that affiliate you'll have an option to deposit user credits to this user balance.
